I am collecting information to include in my book, So You Want a Pet – The Ultimate New Owner Guide, and have set up an online questionnaire for those who would like to participate in filling it out. Please be as accurate and honest as possible as this will help any potential pet owners, as well as any pets that they choose to bring home, have a more rewarding experience. If you have more than one type of pet, please fill out a separate survey for each type of pet.

All information that is given will remain confidential. If there is a particular story or specific information that would need a direct quote from the questionnaire, permission will be requested first, and the preference of the author will be given. This information will be used as a “fact finding” research project only. The more specific information that is offered, the more in depth and helpful the book will be for new pet owners.
